Bell sleeve with plastic jewel raffia belt. Fitted waist with long gathered waist skirt. Hidden back snaps. Silk organza, lining on the inside. Small hook and eyes on collar both on the outside and the inside. Hook and eye at the top of the neck. Metal Zipper

Flaws: Stain on left sleeve, two very faint pen spots on chest near collar, Blue ink spots on right sleeve. Belt raffia is stretched in areas, buttons are showing through on one side of belt. On the lower back where belt covers dress, there are ink stains from raffia. *See pics for details.
